Why won't a video play back on my computer?

The following message appears in the scrolling text on the first page of the AME site:

Anderson Mobile Estates - Featured on TV and in the News... This website requires the latest Quick Time and Windows Media Player plug-ins. If you don't have them you can download Quick Time Here and WMP for Mac or PC Here. While your at it, might as well update your Flash player Here. Mozilla / Firefox? Here ya go...

If you have problems viewing any of the videos, you may need to do an update from one of these links:

*A re-boot of your computer may be required for the program updates to take effect

*All of the videos on the AME website have been tested and are working as of 9/26/2006 - The video on the first page and the clips in the videos section are in Quick-Time format. The picture montages are in Windows Media Player format. The animated thumbnails on the video page are in the Flash format.

*If a video does not appear, you may have a slower internet connection. Just leave the page open and let the video download. Once it has downloaded once it will stay in your temporary internet files and play immediately the next time you look at it.
